What you will do

  • Develop and own regional marketing plans aligned with sales territories and pipeline targets.
  • Co-create account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting named accounts in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Execute joint marketing plans and scalable demand generation programs with key resellers.
  • Manage and optimize co-marketing investments (MDF) to drive measurable ROI and pipeline.
  • Plan high-impact regional programs including reseller events, executive roundtables, and customer workshops.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to AEs and CAMs to align marketing execution with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in field, channel, or regional marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through reseller-led sales motions.
  • Experience working in hybrid go-to-market environments (direct + channel).
  • Hands-on experience with ABM and targeted demand generation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce and marketing analytics tools.
  • Must be based in the Mountain Region or Southwestern United States.
