What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and supplier contracts.
- Advise on privacy, data protection (GDPR), and information security matters.
- Support strategic initiatives including international expansion and new product offerings.
- Continuously improve contract templates, legal processes, and internal policies.
- Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions to enable rapid business growth.
- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance to Sales, IT, Product, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a Nordic university.
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a leading law firm.
- Solid experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy law.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
