What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and supplier contracts.
  • Advise on privacy, data protection (GDPR), and information security matters.
  • Support strategic initiatives including international expansion and new product offerings.
  • Continuously improve contract templates, legal processes, and internal policies.
  • Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions to enable rapid business growth.
  • Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance to Sales, IT, Product, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a Nordic university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a leading law firm.
  • Solid experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy law.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
