What you will do

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for the healthcare industry, including messaging, pricing, and channel approach.
• Own pipeline generation and revenue targets for the healthcare vertical.
• Lead complex, large-scale enterprise deals end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key industry stakeholders like CIOs and CTOs.
• Establish strategic partnerships with consulting firms, SIs, and technology vendors.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing vertical GTM team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, or strategy roles within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals of $1M+.
• Strong familiarity with data, AI, or digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
• Experience building or scaling a vertical practice within a consulting, SaaS, or AI company.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
