Sourcing Assistant (Fashion)

Sourcing Assistant (Logistics/Fashion): Supporting the sourcing team in managing supplier relationships and tracking critical paths for garment production with an accent on operational efficiency and cost management. Focus on onboarding new suppliers, analyzing sourcing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in London (at least 3 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Support supplier onboarding and maintain collaborative relationships across the supply base.
• Track and review supplier performance and capacity to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate supplier databases, trackers, and scorecards.
• Analyze sourcing, cost, and merchandising data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Logistics teams to deliver shared objectives.
• Partner with Ethical Trade and Sustainability teams to ensure compliance and responsible sourcing.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or fashion environment.
• Highly organized and detail-focused with proficiency in data trackers and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first culture.
• Curiosity about sourcing, sustainability, and human rights.
• Location: Must be based in London (HQ in Camden).
