What you will do
- Develop and lead CRM strategy for lifecycle and partnership initiatives across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Drive optimization of business KPIs, including conversions and churn, through a clear optimization roadmap.
- Implement automation, personalization, and A/B testing to enhance lifecycle programs and product launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Growth, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Oversee CRM functions for both consumer and business segments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign management.
- Proficiency with Braze, Iterable, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including experiment design and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong data-driven mindset for independent analysis of segmentation and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for personalization and templating.
