What you will do

• Build and deploy high-volume, dynamic CRM campaigns using Braze across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Implement campaign personalization and dynamic content using Liquid templating, regex, and HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with CRM Tech, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize customer data usage for lifecycle journeys.
• Oversee the full deployment process of marketing communications, ensuring efficiency and correct targeting.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion and engagement.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage quality assurance processes for all CRM activities.

Requirements

• Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign Manager).
• Hands-on experience building multi-channel customer journeys and outbound campaigns.
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation and data flows.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Liquid or similar templating languages.
• Ability to analyze pre and post-campaign reports to drive improvements.
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid office requirement in London.
