Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Must be based in Manchester or be able to commute to the Trafford Park office.

What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Manage the CRM trading calendar to align marketing activity with promotions and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate assets, requirements, and approvals for brand-funded campaigns with internal teams.
• Maintain campaign trackers and documentation to ensure visibility of all live and planned activity.
• Collate performance results and insights to support reporting and campaign optimization.
• Monitor timelines and proactively flag risks or errors that may impact delivery.

Requirements

• Foundational experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Manchester (Trafford Park).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in copywriting and targeting.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in customer engagement and trading.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
