What you will do

  • Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for the Western US market, managing complex public-sector procurement processes.
  • Develop data-driven business cases to demonstrate improvements in ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Advise city leaders and mobility operators on future transit network design and funding mechanisms.
  • Represent the company at senior levels through industry events, conferences, and thought leadership.
  • Provide on-the-ground market intelligence to product and strategy teams to shape competitive decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy.
  • Proven track record in winning complex, high-value deals in enterprise, government, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to drive strategic decisions through data and policy.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders, from boardrooms to public conferences.
  • High level of ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Located in or able to work from Los Angeles.
