What you will do
- Build and align strategic co-selling collaborations with Tier 1 ecosystem partners to increase market share.
- Develop partner-focused programs, content, and collateral to drive channel sales and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute impactful public relations and in-person events that align with business goals.
- Train internal sales teams on partner value propositions and generate qualified leads.
- Identify strategic product development opportunities based on market gaps and needs.
- Report and analyze program performance and sales pipelines to ensure ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Business Development or Partner Marketing experience within the EDA and Foundry business.
- Proven experience in program management.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
