What you will do

• Define and execute the GTM strategy to productize and differentiate Kepler Commerce services.
• Nurture strategic relationships with RMN partners including Amazon, Walmart, and Target Roundel.
• Act as a senior strategic partner and subject matter expert for prospects and clients on retail data utilization.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop AI-driven retail applications within the Kip platform.
• Partner with Media COE leads to ensure retail media is integrated into broader omnichannel strategies.
• Represent the agency as a thought leader at industry events and in senior-level client meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Deep expertise in the retail media landscape, specifically Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC), Walmart Connect, Pacvue, and Skai.
• Ability to develop and execute 3-5 year growth plans for a retail media practice.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for interacting with senior executives.
• Location: Must be based in New York.
