What you will do
- Partner with GTM leadership to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps for demand generation and revenue growth.
- Architect a dual-track forecasting framework balancing top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality.
- Develop and maintain machine learning models for attribution, MMM, and LTV to optimize budget allocation.
- Oversee marketing data architecture in Google BigQuery to ensure a scalable single source of truth.
- Deploy LLM-powered agents and automated workflows to monitor funnel health and trigger responses to market signals.
- Transform technical outputs into compelling narratives for executive and board-level presentations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science with at least 2 years in a lead architect capacity.
- Mastery of SQL and Python with deep experience in Google BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
- Hands-on AI fluency with experience building and shipping agentic systems (e.g., Claude Code, MCP) in production.
- Automation proficiency using N8N or custom API orchestration to build self-healing data pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Grafana, Looker, or Tableau for executive-grade dashboarding.
- Must be based in Canada for this role.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- MBA or MS in Data Science.
