Salary: $140,000 – $175,000

What you will do
- Define the structure, standards, and operating model for the growth function.
- Build measurement, attribution, and reporting infrastructure to connect growth activity to client outcomes.
- Evolve and embed the AI operating system into daily marketing production and workflows.
- Develop SOPs, QA gates, and approval pathways to turn tribal knowledge into repeatable systems.
- Manage capacity planning, resourcing, and department profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of growth operators.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing with 3+ years leading teams.
- Expertise across paid media, SEO, content, email, demand generation, and CRO.
- Deep B2B marketing fluency, including pipeline, lead lifecycle, and CRM.
- Strong proficiency in attribution, measurement architecture, and performance reporting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Comfortable operating in an AI-augmented environment using tools like Claude and AI Elevate.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
