What you will do
- Develop and execute full-funnel TVAD plans across CTV, OTT, online video, digital audio, and programmatic display.
- Lead day-to-day client strategy, presenting growth-focused updates and QBRs that connect media performance to business outcomes.
- Design and implement incrementality tests, lift studies, and A/B tests to validate media impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Econometrics, Creative, and channel leads to amplify growth and codify playbooks.
- Utilize platform capabilities and proprietary tools to optimize budgets, frequency, and inventory quality.
- Advocate for measurement frameworks and provide structured feedback to improve internal tools and AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience managing TV, video, audio, or display media at scale with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong technical proficiency with DSPs, ad platforms, verification tools, and frequency management.
- Advanced data skills including Excel/Sheets and familiarity with SQL and GA4.
- Proven ability to connect media metrics to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in client-ready storytelling and expectation setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience in analytical roles such as finance or consulting with strong media analytics exposure.
- Familiarity with retail media and commerce-focused advertising strategies.
