What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and build a consistent pipeline within an assigned territory to achieve quota.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans using the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls to identify business challenges and unlock opportunities.
  • Demonstrate the hirify.global platform as a tailored solution to achieve prospect's key business outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts with C-suite executives, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Coordinate smooth account handoffs to professional services and account management teams.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales lifecycle management experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience selling complex, AI-powered solutions to small and medium organizations.
  • Experience executing top-down executive sales motions targeting C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar complex sales methodologies.
  • Ability to showcase financial metrics and potential ROI to prospects.
  • Must be based in the United States.
