TL;DR

Strategic Partner Manager (Fintech): Own and grow key fintech partnerships by driving revenue, retention, and long-term value with an accent on commercial growth, customer success, and business strategy. Location: Remote-friendly with hubs in San Francisco, London, Amsterdam, and Berlin

What you will do

  • Drive growth and expand partnerships with hirify.global’ largest fintech accounts, negotiating renewals and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to fintech executives, understanding their business and guiding their scaling efforts.
  • Design and refine processes in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Marketing, Support, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Balance commercial targets with customer success to drive adoption, retention, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise B2B2C accounts with large, complex customers.
  • Fintech industry expertise and ability to navigate regulatory and integration complexities.
  • Proven commercial ownership with revenue targets and contract negotiation experience.
  • Customer-first mindset focused on impact, adoption, and value realization.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, product-led environment with agility and creativity.
