What you will do

• Support the Sales team with customer meeting preparation, including shop analysis and prospecting.
• Assist in setting up CRM concepts and processes for a hirify.global spin-off.
• Create basic reports to analyze campaign and pipeline performance.
• Develop partner maps and analyze partner ecosystems using HubSpot and NotebookLM.
• Optimize templates and tools used across Sales and Growth activities.
• Manage lead segmentation and support the overall development of the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest or prior experience in SaaS, B2B Sales, Growth, or startups.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Slides, and the application of genAI.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Must be based in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience working in high-performance environments such as startups, SaaS companies, or consulting firms.
• Initial experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
