TL;DR
Account Executive (ClimateTech): Owning the full enterprise sales cycle for an environmental intelligence platform with an accent on lead generation, negotiation, and closing large-scale industrial accounts. Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany). Must be open to regular travel to Berlin and Munich.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing.
- Research and acquire new enterprise leads in the carbon management industry using LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
- Conduct value-driven presentations and demonstrations for high-level enterprise stakeholders in the automotive, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.
- Develop and execute a strategic "Land and Expand" approach to account acquisition.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align product offerings with client needs.
- Maintain pipeline transparency and accuracy within the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales managing the full sales cycle.
- Fluent German and English (must-have).
- Proven track record in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills for complex enterprise deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Based in Munich or able to work from the Munich office with flexibility for travel.
