What you will do
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute account plans.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and foster strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales and retention achievements for management.
- Deliver value-based selling experiences based on automation and customer behavior.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in English, German, and/or French language
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter mindset with experience working in outbound-based organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts with $500m+ in annual revenues (retail, finance, SaaS, or agencies).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven selling strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and SEO concepts.
