What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute account plans.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and foster strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales and retention achievements for management.
  • Deliver value-based selling experiences based on automation and customer behavior.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English, German, and/or French language
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience working in outbound-based organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts with $500m+ in annual revenues (retail, finance, SaaS, or agencies).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven selling strategies.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and SEO concepts.
