Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for high-priority features from initial sketches to polished shipped experiences.
• Conduct embedded research and shadowing to deeply understand clinician user needs and feedback loops.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical AI research teams to shape the product roadmap and translate complex workflows into elegant UX.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping and consistency.
• Mentor other designers and integrate design thinking into product strategy, critiques, and postmortems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve tooling and ensure high-quality front-end polish.

Requirements

• Experience shipping high-impact product design work in technically complex B2B SaaS domains.
• Fluency across the full design stack: research, UX, UI, prototyping, and systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical partners, clinicians, and executives.
• Obsession with user experience, particularly for high-stakes and high-friction workflows.
• Must be located within commutable distance of the San Francisco, CA office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for clinicians, healthcare systems, or complex enterprise users.
• Hands-on experience with front-end styling or contributing to design system repositories.
• Proven track record of mentoring other designers or shaping design organizations.
