Salary: $80,000 – $160,000 + equity.

What you will do

• Evolve and maintain the Figma design system for consistency and scalability.
• Update existing screens and design new flows for upcoming features.
• Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Execute fast iterations with full ownership of design tasks.
• Create basic animations to support interface functionality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).
• Proven experience designing functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products.
• Proficiency in creating basic animations.
• Experience using AI tools in your own design workflow.
• English: C1 proficiency required for daily communication.
