Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; listed locations are NY, LA, and SF

What you will do

• Evolve the Figma design system for consistency, scalability, and ease of use.
• Improve existing product screens and design new flows for upcoming features.
• Create prototypes and basic animations to communicate interactions.
• Own design work end to end and iterate quickly with product, engineering, and research.
• Design interfaces for complex AI safety workflows used by technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
• Experience designing clear, functional web interfaces, preferably for technical products.
• Ability to create basic animations with suitable design tools.
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Applications must be submitted in English.
