Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $158,132.00 - $268,824.00

What you will do

• Provide overall direction and management for contract operations, including planning, staffing, cost, and technical performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Program Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and performance metrics dashboards.
• Establish and lead joint operating rhythms, including status meetings, escalation processes, and executive reporting.
• Supervise project managers and technical leads, managing subcontractor teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure full compliance with security, privacy, and RMF/FISMA requirements and readiness for audits.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and an active, in-scope US Government issued Security clearance are required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management leading large, multi-disciplinary federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
• PMP certification is required.
• Certification in one of the following: RCCE Level 1, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM, GFACT, or GSLC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Proven success managing firm-fixed-price contracts and geographically dispersed teams.
• ITIL v4, DAWIA Level III, or equivalent certification in program or service management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira/Confluence, and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
