What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution and delivery.
• Design and lead experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and measurement strategies.
• Review and challenge technical design and implementation plans specifically within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Define program goals, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain centralized reporting frameworks and metric dashboards.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required (due to Public Sector requirements).
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or leading engineering programs.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and relevant certifications (Digital Leader, Architect).
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream technical programs in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision making.
• English: Advanced conversational proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
• Background in the digital advertising ecosystem or data-rich platforms.
• Experience in statistical modeling or advanced quantitative analysis.
• Agile or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe).
