TL;DR
Solution Architect (Enterprise): Architecting and supporting the implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs for songwriters and publishers with an accent on strategic alignment and technical governance. Focus on designing high-volume transactional data processing systems and providing architectural guardrails for technical leads.
Location: Hybrid (Greater London, UK). Employees can work from home up to three days a week.

What you will do
- Architect end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business goals, architectural principles, and roadmaps.
- Lead, guide, and mentor Technical Leads across the CIO department, providing design guardrails for autonomous delivery.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution architectures.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, product owners, and system administrators.
- Create and evangelize architectural artifacts, including standards, principles, templates, and patterns.
- Support Technical Leads in creating technical specifications for system architecture, interface design, and data flows.
Requirements
- Experience architecting complex IT solutions and understanding the engineering of high-volume transactional data processing systems.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and abstraction (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Strong understanding of Oracle and Microsoft technologies, Cloud computing, databases, APIs, and web services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, from Executives to delivery personnel.
- Experience implementing and operating within effective architecture governance frameworks.
