What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations to ensure adoption and long-term scalability.
• Design architectures mapping AI capabilities to high-value customer use cases.
• Partner with Sales on solution scoping, API demos, and deal strategy.
• Build proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate platform potential and accelerate buy-in.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns to scale value delivery.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate customer feedback into platform evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive (VP/C-level) audiences.
• Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid)
