What you will do

• Lead end-to-end presales activities and develop strong, value-driven propositions for clients.
• Design solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the hirify.global platform.
• Perform tailored high-level demos and deliver contextualized Proof of Value (PoV) to resolve technical and security concerns.
• Partner with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and plan account strategies for the UKI region.
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback on the roadmap and improve platform functionalities.
• Act as a solution evangelist by writing blogs and speaking at industry events.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect role.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
• Must be based in the UKI region.
• Willingness to travel.

• Existing knowledge of the hirify.global platform.
• Experience designing solutions specifically for the public sector.
