Partner Solutions Architect (Enterprise Integration)

What you will do

• Support alliance architecture, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and partnership assessments for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Design and develop secure, scalable integration solutions, including connectors and moderately complex product enhancements.
• Assess product capabilities, provide feedback to Product Management, and follow architecture, governance, security, and integration best practices.
• Present technical solutions and demonstrations to partners, customers, prospects, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Alliance teams on launches, implementations, and enablement materials.
• Conduct technical market research, support sales cycles, and contribute to partner success and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, or enterprise software development, including 2–3 years in technical roles with client-facing or partnership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API design, service-oriented architecture, data integration, and basic ETL processes.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar business applications.
• Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure, basic security frameworks, containerization, modern development approaches, and agile methodologies.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-support skills; experience supporting projects with budgets from hundreds of thousands to low millions.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, technical certifications, or certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
• Familiarity with hirify.global/Kofax products or document processing and automation platforms.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, partner support, or technical thought leadership.
