What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor to partners, helping them create secure and scalable integrations with the hirify.global Platform.
• Design and develop integration solutions, including connectors and product enhancements, meeting high performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align technical roadmaps and provide feedback on product features.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.
• Conduct technical market research and feasibility assessments to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4-7 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, or enterprise software development.
• 2-3 years of experience in client-facing or partnership-focused technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in API design, enterprise integration patterns, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and basic security frameworks.
• Proficiency in prompting AI systems and assessing the quality of AI-generated outputs.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
• Experience with hirify.global/Kofax products or document processing platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization concepts and agile methodologies.
