Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK (Hybrid: minimum two days a week in the office).

Salary: £75,800 - £88,300

What you will do

• Shape solution architecture across the customer portfolio, including as-is/to-be analysis and high-level designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and suppliers to translate objectives into deliverable technology solutions.
• Support architecture governance by defining patterns and ensuring alignment with security and technology standards.
• Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, roadmaps, and system life cycles.
• Provide architectural oversight and consultancy to ensure solutions meet quality, cost, and time criteria.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies that benefit business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK for hybrid work.
• Proven experience as a solution, application, or enterprise architect.
• Strong knowledge of customer, CRM, sales, marketing, or customer service systems.
• Expertise in application and data architecture, including integration needs and cloud/mixed IT footprints.
• Confidence in creating architecture artifacts like vision statements, roadmaps, and design patterns.
• Experience working within programme and project management methodologies.
