What you will do
- Own the full FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month cash flow model using both direct and indirect methods.
- Partner with GTM leaders to build bottoms-up expense models driven by operational KPIs and unit economics.
- Standardize and manage the SaaS KPI framework (MRR, GDR, NDR, CAC, LTV, payback period).
- Expand the operational KPI library to track efficiency and capacity-based cost drivers.
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of FP&A experience, ideally with a Big 4 accounting or investment banking background.
- Must be based in the Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Hands-on experience building rolling cash flow forecasts and reconciling direct/indirect methods.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics.
- Strong command of GAAP accounting and three-statement modeling.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and analysis accuracy.

- Experience at a B2B SaaS company with a self-serve or PLG motion.
- Prior experience working in a pre-IPO startup environment.
- Proven track record of scaling an FP&A function from early stage through growth.
