Location: Hybrid (Glasgow, Kentucky). Primarily remote, but must be able to occasionally work on-site at the Kentucky, Columbia, or Red Lion offices.

Salary: $22/Hr (Conversion salary up to $75k)

What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, including manufacturing.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Perform occasional on-site duties at designated office locations.

• Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
