What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical professionals.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation data, and talent availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics within the ATS.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Charlotte, NC.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, or data science.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern technology stacks.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruiting analytics and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday ATS.
• Experience with Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, or HireEZ.
