What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume initiatives, focusing on insurance claims, customer service, and operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
  • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
  • Coordinate multiple hiring classes and manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record in high-volume or class-based recruiting within large enterprise environments (35,000+ employees preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for financial services, insurance, or banking industries.
  • Proficiency with Workday or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools such as Eightfold.
  • Availability to work during CST, EST, or Arizona business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in diversity or military recruiting.
  • Specific expertise in recruiting claims or contact center professionals.
