What you will do

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for business analytics and product management job families.
• Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines to meet a target of 3+ hires per month.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and the selection process.
• Extend offers and oversee the transition to onboarding.
• Report key recruiting metrics and pipeline health to management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recruiting specifically for business analytics and product management roles.
• Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting, from intake to onboarding.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA.
• Polished communication skills for interacting with director-level and senior client managers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
