• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, and selection processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leads to develop effective hiring strategies.

• Build relationships with high-volume candidates to match them with appropriate opportunities.
• Track candidate data with precision and provide status updates to leadership.
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects to enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
