What you will do

• Execute comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies for external engineering partner opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define and implement strategic technical recruiting efforts.
• Utilize advanced outbound sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Provide expert guidance on talent market insights, pipeline development, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including planning, screening, and hiring coordination.

Requirements

• Must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States of America for any employer without restrictions or expirations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in sales or recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen sense of urgency and time management.
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude with a creative approach to problem-solving.
