What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Tech/Engineering, Professional Services, and Support functions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines.
  • Source and pipeline candidates using AI-assisted screening tools.
  • Manage candidate communication and coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and debriefs.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record recruiting for technical roles (Software/Systems Engineering) in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume, multi-req workload.
  • Proficiency with sourcing and AI/automation tools in the screening workflow.
  • Must be based in North America (NOAM).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Experience recruiting for international or high-volume technical requisitions.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions.
