Location: Itinérance, France (Field Based). Missions across Europe.

What you will do

• Perform on-site and remote technical missions to reduce vehicle downtime and backlogs across Europe.
• Diagnose complex electrical, electronic, and multiplexing faults using OEM diagnostic tools like wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI.
• Analyze systemic fleet issues and provide containment and corrective actions.
• Execute software updates, reprogramming, and parameterization of vehicle ECUs.
• Create detailed technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans for engineering and quality stakeholders.
• Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams at repair points through on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, dealership workshops, or OEM field service.
• Expertise in resolving complex electrical/electronic faults and drivability issues using OEM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems including powertrain, chassis, ADAS, and CAN/LIN/FlexRay.
• Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and measurement equipment for signal tracing.
• English: Good command of written and spoken English required.
