Solving Leader (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead multifunctional teams applying 9S/8D methods to contain and eliminate major quality issues.
• Characterize problems, identify technical and systemic root causes, and deploy corrective and preventive actions.
• Report progress, ensure 9S data quality, escalate risks to sponsors, and participate in quality routines.
• Qualify new Solving Leaders and act as an internal trainer and tutor.
• Animate the Community of Practice, support peers, and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong experience with complex problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to connect organizations across international and complex environments, including plants, suppliers, and customers.
• Negotiation-level English.
• Technical expertise in an aeronautical domain is an asset.
• Ability to work in the Toulouse, France area.
