What you will do

• Establish and maintain project scope, schedule, and cost baselines, initiating corrective actions for deviations.
• Track project capital expenditures and provide leadership with accurate budget variance and milestone updates.
• Ensure all construction work complies with safety policies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Liaise with external municipalities and regulatory authorities to secure project permits and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project specialists and inspection teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor field construction partners to ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing capital project budgets and contractor invoicing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with construction contractors in a project management capacity.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to project sites up to 40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project, and advanced MS Excel.
• Deep understanding of local, state, and federal construction codes.
