What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of technical projects across production engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to resolve blockers and manage project dependencies.
• Support broadcast systems, live production workflows, and media delivery platform upgrades.
• Facilitate project meetings, standups, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and track key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or delivery roles.
• Experience supporting technical or production-related projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Must be available for in-person interviews in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, broadcast, streaming, or live production environments.
