What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product development, integrating automation, hardware, and software.
• Manage evolving requirements and priorities while maintaining project momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Establish project plans, schedules, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Oversee total program costs and resource allocation for seamless manufacturing transition.
• Communicate complex technical data as actionable insights for executive leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in product development, preferably in semiconductor or high-technology equipment.
• Proven success managing large-scale projects with global, cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of MS Project and MS Excel.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA, US
• No international relocation available for this position
