Sales Engineer (Software): Serving as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle to help customers understand solution value with an accent on technical evaluations and solution design. Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available in FL)

What you will do
- Partner with Sales teams to support customer engagements and drive revenue opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations and present tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Execute proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that showcase technical capabilities and business value.
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend solutions that maximize business outcomes.
- Prepare and contribute to technical RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by gathering and providing customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
- Proven success in supporting sales organizations and influencing technical buying decisions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Background in consulting or professional services.
- Experience supporting channel ecosystems like MSPs, VARs, TSPs, or OEMs.
