What you will do

  • Deliver tailored demonstrations of XTO, M1, and JobBOSS² aligned to customer manufacturing workflows.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, operational processes, and business goals.
  • Translate customer requirements into recommended solution approaches and communicate operational impact.
  • Support RFx responses, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and implementation teams to align product direction with market needs.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to shape future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or similar customer-facing roles within SaaS organizations.
  • Experience supporting ERP solutions specifically for discrete manufacturing industries.
  • Deep understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or Manufacturing preferred.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of cloud deployment models on AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SQL or reporting and query tools.
