What you will do
- Drive software contract renewals across assigned North American accounts.
- Partner with Sales Account Executives and Order Management to maintain accurate forecasting.
- Proactively contact customers to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain complete account data, quotes, and activity records in Salesforce.
- Monitor order processing flow and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
- Track and report on renewal performance, including reasons for churn.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in inside sales or contract renewals, preferably in software solutions.
- Familiarity with quote-to-order processes and back-end order flow management.
- Basic understanding of CAE workflows and structural analysis technologies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ quoting tools.
