What you will do

• Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage HR data and ensure all information is kept up to date.
• Administer the HR Self-Service system and orient new team members.
• Generate monthly headcount and demographic HR reports using tables and charts.
• Maintain the HR calendar, accounting for vacations and public holidays.
• Conduct data audits to maintain high levels of data integrity.

Requirements

• University student, preferably with an OJT requirement.
• Interest in human resources management, HR data, and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
