What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations, maintain policies, and manage HRIS for data integrity and reporting.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS management, and offer preparation.
  • Handle payroll administration via ADP TotalSource, including changes, bonuses, and benefits coordination.
  • Manage employee relations: investigations, performance discussions, exit interviews, and record-keeping.
  • Produce HR metrics on headcount, turnover, and hiring to support business decisions.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, training records, and cross-functional partnerships with finance/IT.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years HR experience, ideally as HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Hands-on with full-cycle recruitment, payroll, employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems and US employment laws/best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner with stakeholders.
