TL;DR

HR Specialist (Fintech): Managing day-to-day HR administration and transactional excellence for the Philippines employee population with an accent on timekeeping and HRIS data integrity. Focus on optimizing HR processes using Workday and Jeonsoft ESS, managing JIRA tickets, and ensuring consistent employee lifecycle support.

Location: Hybrid (Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines). In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly.

What you will do

  • Provide timekeeping support for the Philippines employee population using Jeonsoft ESS and Workday.
  • Execute daily HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and payroll review support.
  • Manage the end-to-end HR JIRA ticketing process from intake through resolution.
  • Administer Workday HRIS to maintain high data integrity and system accuracy.
  • Document and maintain People Operations policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Partner with global HR teams to ensure inclusive and consistent programs across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration, project coordination, or operations.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Jeonsoft ESS for timekeeping and HRIS administration.
  • Must be based in the Philippines to support local employee operations and hybrid office requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining execution precision at scale.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across levels.
