What you will do

• Undertake research and evaluation on critical environmental policy issues including biodiversity, water, and climate.
• Lead and coordinate research project teams to deliver evidence-based results for public sector clients.
• Develop proposals, methodologies, and budgets to secure new projects and grants.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and external partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in environmental policy.
• Strong expertise in UK water policy (water resources, floods, water quality).
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis, economic appraisal, or data science.
• Solid understanding of the UK policy-making process.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant discipline.
• English: C1+ (exceptional writing and communication skills) required.
