What you will do

• Lead onboarding projects from start to finish, including data migration and delivery of client training.
• Manage a portfolio of live client relationships as a Customer Success Manager to support product adoption.
• Identify and sell ad-hoc consultancy projects to provide ongoing value to clients.
• Run key meetings, workshops, and office hours to ensure clients maximize platform value.
• Coach and guide junior consultants and contribute to internal team process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing consulting, project management, or professional services role.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, in scope, and on budget with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with reviewing and validating imported data.
• Confidence in leading meetings and workshops independently, including challenging client workflows.
• Ability to adapt communication style across stakeholders, from end-users to senior leadership.
