What you will do

• Own the onboarding process and ongoing engagement for new and established retail clients.
• Drive change management and remove operational roadblocks to ensure full utilization of AI solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, addressing challenges and influencing the product roadmap.
• Quantify and demonstrate measurable ROI by monitoring store performance and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate internal collaboration across teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Travel to customer sites to strengthen engagement and support store operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to commute to stores as required.
• Mid or senior-level experience in the retail sector, ideally in grocery, or 5+ years in a client-facing retail technology role.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement, customer success, or project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
• Ability to work on international projects as needed.
