Location: Must be based in or able to work from one of our UK offices (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Hemel Hempstead, or Leeds). Role requires 60% office or on-site attendance.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate complex transport planning projects for major sporting and entertainment events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and presenting technical findings.
• Develop and review transport strategies, traffic modelling, and infrastructure assessments.
• Manage project budgets, financial oversight, and cost recovery processes.
• Analyze event data to inform planning decisions and produce actionable insights.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and identifying new service opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel predominantly within the UK and internationally.
• Strong background in transport planning, event logistics, or infrastructure consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee financial performance of projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting traffic modelling outputs and applying design standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and client-facing documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with major sporting events and governing bodies such as The FA.
• Knowledge of sustainable transport strategies and Section 106 contributions.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue growth opportunities.
